Ingredients:
1: 1/2 Kg cubes of beef
2: 1/2 tbs. salt (according to taste)
3: 2 tbs. yogurt
4: 2 tbs. raw papaya(grinded)
5: 1 tbs. chopped green chilies
6: 1/2 tbs.ginger(adrak) paste
7: 1/2 tbs. garlic(lehson) paste
8: 1 tbs. chili (lal mirch) powder

Method:
Mix together all the spieces. yogurt & papaya. & coat the beaf cubes & marinate for 5-6hours perferably over night grill/barbeque over charcoal. serve with mint(podina)chatni,yogert & onion rings. & naan.
Serve: 2-3 person
